I look forward to working aggressively to find solutions to the serious issues we face: * City-wide Financial Management * Outdated Condominium Laws *  Inefficient Traffic Control, Inadequate Parking and Insufficient Public Transportation * Pressing Environmental Issues, both on the land and in the water * A Need
to promote tourism in general and develop new eco-tourism activities to attract visitors looking for a different type of experience * A Need to increase and expand Arts & Cultural Events
On November 3rd, you have an opportunity to choose a direction. We can go into the future with confidence, or passively maintain the status quo. If you believe, as I do, our best days are yet to come, than vote for me. If you believe a candidate has vision, commitment and your best interests in mind, step forward
and vote for him, or her.

Look at my qualifications and you'll see experience working with residents and local business leaders. As a former Miami Beach Commissioner and Vice-Mayor, I have worked with other Commissioners and the Mayor. I already know the ins and outs of the job so am prepared from day one.
Choose people who will work for the best interests of Miami Beach, not narrow special-interests. As a concerned voter, and citizen of Miami Beach, you owe it to yourself to evaluate candidates based on their experience and positions of leadership. Decide for yourself who has the experience, the energy and the
determination to successfully make an impact on the issues listed above.
Review and compare qualifications of all three candidates for Miami Beach Commission, Group 3 and decide who has the knowledge and understanding needed for the unprecedented challenges ahead.
